That genuinely bring a lot of joy and food-for-thought into my life

“I’m new to Substack, who/what shall I follow?” is a question I’m asked pretty frequently in my inbox and during IRL chats with friends. I’ve been writing on Substack for 18 months now and there are a handful of people who pop into my inbox and I think ‘yes!!!’ every time. I usually save them, and curl up on the sofa later that evening, ready to read and ingest their wisdom, humour and general insight on the world.
