#28 A Slow Sunday Scroll for you 📜
Finding interesting things on the Internet so you don't have to 🔗
Hi all! Happy Sunday. Last week The Hyphen featured on the Substack Discover tab and I got thousands of new subscribers (😱!) which was very exciting indeed. Welcome! Because of this influx, I thought I should explain what the Sunday Scroll email is — my most popular segment of this newsletter. (For my regular Hyphen members, you can skip this bit and continue reading the links below!)
The Sunday Scroll is my fortnightly round-up of things that have got me thinking in new ways, for paying members of The Hyphen. I called it “the Sunday Scroll” as a way to save you time scrolling throughout the week and instead you can have a leisurely peruse over a relaxing Sunday morning coffee/activity of choice. Whether it’s a podcast link, an article, or a book I’m loving, I only ever include something if it has nourished me, inspired me or made me think. Basically, finding interesting things on the Internet so you don't have to.
If you’d like to receive these round-ups every other Sunday, then you can sign up below, it works out as around £1.50 a week, it’s one of the most popular features of The Hyphen.
Also in case you missed it, I wrote ‘how to grow your Substack’ in case it’s of interest, and last week I wrote 'how to know when to quit’ after announcing recently that I closed down my podcast of six years. I so enjoyed all the sharing in the thread on the topic of quitting too. Sending you good vibes for the week ahead, as always.
Take care xo
