Happy Sunday! Back again with some interesting reads for you. On The Hyphen this week, we had a great chat about main character energy, I published a piece about the trap of too-muchness, and I was interviewed for the brilliant Farrah Storr’s Substack answering some interesting questions and offering some advice (or anti-advice).

I call it “the Sunday Scroll” as a way to save you time scrolling throughout the week and instead you can have a leisurely peruse over a relaxing Sunday morning. Whether it’s a podcast, an article, or a book I’m loving, I only ever include something if it has nourished me, inspired me or made me think.
