How to not burn out again
How do you take care of yourself to protect yourself from falling back?
In a recent Ask Me Anything, lots of people asked me about how to avoid slipping back into burnout territory once recovered.
e.g. “I wanted to ask how you were post burnout now? I'm two years out of my burnout time and definitely feel like I'm in a bit of a dip and can almost feel myself going back to that time. Been so so tired this week and barely able to get out of bed. How have you taken care of yourself to protect yourself from falling back? Thank you so much.”
